It never ceases to amaze us as to how each year, Kurt and crew perform old classics and newer songs as if we're hearing for the first time...until, of course, the hooks come around and we find ourselves shamelessly belting out lyrics along with whole crowd. One of the best rock n' roll bands...EVER!
The BODEANS put on a really great show. We had no idea they had been playing music for so long. They played very old songs, all the songs we remember and even some new songs we had not heard. It was a very nice show and the audience consisted of like minded individuals who were considerate of others.
This was a great band and a great venue! Rialto is a beautiful and convenient place with comfortable seats and great sound! The service and drinks were great too. The BoDeans were amazing to see live and sounded so good. We had a great time and so did everyone around us!
Good show overall. First half of the show needed some sound adjustments but they had it right for the second half and the sound was great. Not sure how many original band members there are anymore? Bass player was new to me but a good addition. Love Bodeans music.
Loved, loved, loved it!!!! First off, the Rialto is gorgeous!!!! We were in the balcony and it was great! The acoustics were spot on. Everything ran seamlessly. I've seen the BoDeans many times, including at Ravinia, and this was by far the best. All the songs were excellent. They sure play well together. Can't wait to see them again, hopefully at the Rialto!!!!
The Bodeans concert was an absolute blast. The performance: outstanding. Vocals: soul piercing. Audience engagement and participation: Personal, exciting and heartfelt. I can't think of anything I'd rather do for powerfully fun filled entertaining evening.

The crowd was certainly older, but the band sounded like a younger version of themselves. I thought they were outstanding! Every song was as if I was back in college 30+ years ago.
Great concert in a relatively intimate setting. BoDeans put on a great show. Saw shows 30 years apart!!
I took my wife to the concert because she is a huge fan of the Bodeans and she said this was the best concert she has ever been to. The venue was awesome. The acoustics were amazing. Would definitely go back.
