About

Garth Brooks elevated country music to a level of chart-topping dominance in the 1990s that eclipsed Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson and The Beatles. During his unstoppable run in the decade, Brooks introduced arena-rock bravado to country music, and in the process modernized the genre with country-pop classics like the 18-times platinum No Fences (1990). His chart-topping albums have made Brooks the bestselling solo artist in U.S. history (selling over 170 million albums worldwide), and his record-breaking concert tours have cemented him as a touring juggernaut and one of the greatest live entertainers in the U.S. In 2009, Brooks began his five-year Garth at Wynn residency in Las Vegas, which set the stage for the epic career showcase that is Garth Brooks/Plus ONE, his current residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

  • Best concert ever!!

by Mel on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

Garth Brooks is a must see if you are a country music fan. His energy is like no other performer I've ever seen. His stage is open all around and he is constantly moving giving his sttantion to all areas of the stadium. He doesnt just stand at the front of the stage and play to the people in front like some musicians do. You won't regret spending money on tickets to see him. You will have an awesome time!!

  • Pittsburgh

by Lex on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 4 out of 5

Garth always puts on a fantastic show! However, being a huge fan of Garth, receiving all the emails, etc. for upcoming shows, waiting for ticket release dates and times, “getting in line” to buy my tickets, I was VERY UPSET when more floor seating was released for near the same price I paid for nose bleed seats! This was unfair to the dedicated fans.

  • Phenomenal

    by N.T on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

Garth was everything I ever dreamed of. Entertaining from beginning to end. Sounds just like his albums. Will definitely go again if given the chance.

  • Better Than Expected

    by Heather W on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

This was my 3rd time seeing Garth, and each time is better than the one before. I traveled to Pittsburgh from out of town and was very impressed with my over all stay. The hotel was packed (pretty sure all there for the show), but the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The Uber and Lyft drivers were friendly and gave good tips about the downtown area. We went to dinner before the show at Jerome Bettis' Grille 36 (downtown) and did not have more than a 5 minute wait. By the time we got to the concert, we learned a rain delay had been called. This set the show back about 1 hour, but the openers (Midland) seemed to shorten their time on the stage to help with the delay - they were great, but the shortened stage time was much appreciated. Garth brought his unstoppable energy and crowd connection, as expected. I have been to countless country artist concerts and nothing compares to seeing Garth Brooks live and in person. I would definitely travel to a new city to see him again!

Garth was great! His band was great! His back up singers were great! We had awesome seats...loved the stage set up! Plenty of options for food and drink. Stadium was packed and that made it even more awesome! Perfect night!

  • Best Concert Ever

by Sandwedge on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

An evening of a lifetime. The concert, the venue, the evening, the blue moon, were just perfect.

  • Speaker tower

by Chris on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 2 out of 5

From what I could hear the concert was excellent. From what I could see is a different story. I had a speaker tower directly in my way and could not see the screen or center stage. It was very frustrating to have been so excited to see this concert and then show up to that view.

  • Wow

    by D. on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

Garth was fantastic. Seen him in concert before but this concert was much better. The energy from the crowd and Garth ..there are no words. The stadium was prepared for record crowd and made night a great one in every respect

  • Best show ever!!!!

    by Emily L on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

Garth puts on an amazing show every time we see him, but his performance at Heinz Field was hands down the best concert we've ever seen! He always has so much energy, it's absolutely incredible! We had a slight weather delay even though it totally blew over, but I would have waited all night to see that performance!

  • Invigorating!

  • This was a once in a lifetime experience!

    by T. on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

I have been to a lot of concerts, this was truly a once in a lifetime experience! The atmosphere was electric, the people were friendly and fun! Even with over an hour of a rain delay, I didn't hear any swearing, I didn't see any pushing or shoving, everyone was just happy to be there. It was amazing! I've never been to a concert and Heinz Field, it was handled expertly! Thank you to the people of City of Pittsburgh for showing the rest of the United States that country music fans are awesome, friendly and well behaved!

  • After 20 years of waiting, a dream come true!

    by J. S. on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

Garth Brooks and his band put on one heck of a show to over 75,000 people, but they made it feel like they were playing just for you. I will NEVER forget the stadium full of people raising their lit phones singing "river" or everyone singing "Unanswered Prayers" in unison It may well have been one of the best nights of my life. I had waited over 20 years for this moment, and I can say, it was worth the wait!

  • great show

    by J. J. on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 3 out of 5

The Garth Brooks show in Pittsburgh was amazing as to be expected from him. But getting out of Heinz Field was the worst fan experience I've had in a long time. It seemed like there were 4 ramps and escalators to get people down to ground level because if you have been to Heinz Field you go up one of those to get to the seating bowl. So you end up with 75,000 people all trying to go down 4 ramps and 4 escalators. It took 30 minutes just to leave the stadium. I would go see Garth anywhere but Heinz Field and Pittsburgh won't happen again

  • Garth is awesome!

    by w. on 5/21/19Heinz Field - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

This was the best concert my husband and I have ever been too! Garth is a great man!
