Couldn’t hardly understand the lyrics as the sound system was louder than the actual singer

The concert was great, enjoydcthe show and the staff are accomodating

The reason why my experience was horrible because I was so very sad that they never told me about any wristband when I was sitting in the second row to let me have a greet and chat with both Piolo Pascual and Jericho Rosales when other people had wristbands and I didn’t know how to get the wristband and I asked others around and they never told me and even hard rock didn’t advertise any meet and greet wristbands to get for sitting in the front row.

The show is great. The security are not fair. They don’t allowed our side to go by the stage. Then the other side they allowed. I don’t like the setup of the rooms. The floors is flat. It’s not like the other theater that every rows goes up or elevated so you won’t be blocked by the persons in front of you.

spacious hall, good seating arrangement, acoustics good unfortunately, entertainters did not go around the hall to meet/handshake all if not most of the paying guests only the ones in front had chance to take photos. there should have been a segment of the show where thos others at the back were given the chance to take photos with the artists
