TERRY FATOR LIVE PERFORMANCE AND TOUR

Terry Fator is quite the character -- whether he's impersonating country singers with his dummy Walter T. Airdale or performing soul tunes as Julius the Marvin Gaye-loving puppet, Fator proves he’s a ventriloquist mastermind. His 2007 debut on America's Got Talent left audiences floored by his wide range of impersonations, and he won over judges by incorporating stand-up comedy and classic songs into his wildly entertaining skits. Joined by as many as 16 different puppets for his live performances, Terry Fator and company will have fans rolling on the floor at his 2014 residency at the Mirage in Las Vegas.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Terry Fator got his start in ventriloquism at an early age, purchasing his first Willie Talk dummy in fifth grade and winning a talent show at his local church. His singing experience came later as the frontman of late-'70s band Freedom Jam, whose live shows often included Fator's impersonations of famous artists like Garth Brooks and Etta James. After years of moderate success, Fator finally got his big break on America's Got Talent in 2007, winning the entire show and launching to stardom virtually overnight. Since then, Fator and his puppet friends have enjoyed tremendous success, appearing on a number of talk shows and landing their own act at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel. Not only is he a famed actor and ventriloquist, but he's also an activist for Ronald McDonald House charities and the author of Who's the Dummy Now, an autobiographical account of his path to success. Terry Fator's expansive list of talents will leave fans utterly amazed during his Vegas residency at the Mirage.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"Terry's talent is unbelievable! He never ceases to amaze us!"

"Seeing his show in person was more than I had expected. He gave a wonderful show and I would go see him again."

"This was a great show! He is unbelievably talented as a ventriloquist. His humor is fun. His imitations are so good because he combines them with the use of the dummies. Loved it!!"

Truly a very funny, entertaining, and enjoyable show. The time absolutely flies by because you’re having such a good time. Highly, highly recommended seeing Mr. Fator if you can.

It was our 4th time watching Terry Fator and his puppets and he never stops to amaze us. Although my wife's favorite ( Emma Taylor ) was not in this show, it was nothing short of spectacular. His stage presence is unique, and the simplicity of the jokes with real life events and play with the audience makes it even more entertaining. The "We are the World"performance is an example of the infinite impersonations he can do. We like to hear his story as well, which more than fascinating. Whenever possible we will watch again.

I enjoyed it so much, that I bought tickets the next day to see him again. I only wish it was 100% clean (not bad at all) but I could have done without the colorful moments.

  • Good but not great.

by Mark on 2/4/25Nugget Casino Resort - SparksRating: 4 out of 5

The show itself was great but the venue, not so much. We were in the front row, left center. We would get a stiff neck from looking up at the stage so we mostly watched on the screen which, thankfully, was almost directly in front of us. I'd have been a lot more comfortable watching at home if it were offered that way. A long and somewhat expensive trip to be uncomfortable watching the show. But Terry was great and I'm glad we went - just wouldn't do it again. Also, the Nugget had no signs directing us so we had trouble finding the show since it wasn't in the Celebrity Showroom.

One of the best shows I have seen in a long time. If you're looking for a great and funny live show, go to Terry Fator's live show, you won't be disappointed.

1st time seeing Terry in person and he did not disappoint. Loved the puppets, the singing - he is phenomenal! He opened with "We are the World", singing everyone's part, you thought it was really those singers singing. Most impressed with the dual singing he did at one time with 2 of his puppets, it was unbelievable. And, the opera duet with the lady, WOW! Will be going to see him again.

  • Test ran his skit as ad for his show

After being thus entertained, I invited 2 friends to Torry Fator’s Reno show. While I did enjoy myself.., my 2 friends were constantly laughing!

  • Nugget= Won't be Back

by LJ on 2/4/25Nugget Casino Resort - SparksRating: 1 out of 5

Terry Fator was great wish I could have seen the puppets.. The Nugget is a bad place for a show I wish I knew that before I purchased the tickets! We got there an hour early to have something to eat, we ate in Rosie's restaurant after 2 and half hours we finally got to leave and see the show. I purchased tickets for the showroom, got there the place was dark, no signs nothing! After 20 minutes of trying to find someone who Knew about the show finally were told it had moved up stairs, well I purchased the tickets based on the showroom, which was row 7 and should have been by the stage, now we get upstairs and find that we are still in row 7 but it was almost to the garage! There were TV,s set up to see him, but the camera person was not zooming in or really doing anything so you could not see the puppets faces. Then there was "Team Nugget"that kept walking in front of us and each row every 3 minutes making it very hard to see the show. I feel totally ripped off and will NOT Be back!
