Box office opens with doors, which is one hour prior to the start of the event. Tickets must be purchased online in advance, in-person advance ticket sales are not available at this time.

The Riviera is a cash-less venue.

We recommend parking at Majestic Square Parking Garage, 211 King Street, Charleston, SC 29401. The fee is $1 per 30 minutes and is a short walk to the theater.

The Riviera is an accessible venue. Patrons requesting accessible seating must purchase accessible seating. Accessible seating is available, please select the ADA seat option from the 302 ADA section on Ticketmaster. An elevator is located in the Southwest corner of the lobby

No smoking. No flash photography, video cameras, or audio recorders. No outside food or beverage. Bags are subject to search.

Each event differs in terms of being family friendly. Unless specified on the show ticket or show page, The Riviera welcomes guests of all ages. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Any child who is four years of age or older requires a ticket for admittance into The Riviera. Those younger than four can enter for free if they sit on an adult lap.
