Timeless in a way that few other acts today are, The Spinners are one of the most iconic and enduring groups in R&B history. With a towering legacy spanning over six decades, The Spinners have never lost their universal appeal.
The group created and came to defne the smooth sound of Philadelphia Soul, with smash singles like, "I'll Be Around," "Could It Be I'm Falling In Love," "Then Came You," "The Rubberband Man,'' "Working My Way Back To You", and many more- earning Six Grammy nominations, 18 Platinum and Gold Albums, a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and selling millions of records worldwide in the process.
Four decades later The Spinners have not skipped a single beat and were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2023. A fan favorite drawing large crowds to sold out performances both at home and abroad, The Spinners have left an indelible impact, not only on music history- but on the hearts of millions of fans throughout the world.
Awesome show, every group was great and just enough time for the entire show
I went to this on Saturday night with a large group of people we were in the front row and the second row. All three put on an amazing show. They all have incredible energy get everybody up dancing. This is our second year in a row saying these three acts I highly recommend. Especially if you love dancing and having a good time
This show had us and everyone in the theatre laughing, singing and dancing ! There voices, energy and routines were top notch .
The Spinners were great! They sang all the songs that you know and kept everyone dancing in their seats. However, was disappointed in Bergen PAC. The seats were very cramped, with no leg room. During the Blue Notes performance someone from Bergen PAC came on stage and literally took the microphone out of the singer's hand to stop him. Apparently Bergen PAC is very strict with their time. If this is an issue, then why have evening concerts. Even the Spinners mentioned they were short on time. They definitely could have performed for another 30-45 minutes.
This was a very engaging show, as my wife and I really enjoyed it. The rubber band man was absolutely the best as the finale. Keep on spinning on Spinners.
they sounded horrible. they were yelling and screaming instead of singing. i am glad i got to see all the original members in the 1970's. i won't see them again.
If you miss this! Wished on a Star and got a Mighty Love. Almost fell over seats dancing. Rose Royce had 10 people onstage. Evelyn King is so grateful and talented đ Spinners can't be beat. Great show.
Such good music, lost my voice. My mom jamming like she was a teenager all over again!!
This concert was chock filled with Motown / Smooth Soul royalty. Rose Royce and The Spinners were awesome. I was a little disappointed that Evelyn Champagne King performed to Karaoke Tracks, but she still had the pipes to deliver the goods. The venue was great to watch a concert.
Why does everyone look so old at these concerts? I donât look like that :-) I purchased tickets mainly for Evelyn and Champaign King, who was the middle act; we have seen her a few times before and love her music. She played to recording music, which sounded great, but itâs nicer and is more energy when thereâs a band backing her up. The spinners were high energy and saying all the great tunes, kudos to them. Rose Royce was the opener and was my favorite of the night when wishing on a star is your second song you have a good catalog todraw from! They were high energy had a nice horn section and wouldâve loved to have them play longer even though theyâre set was plenty longer. A good night out except for the annoying lady behind us đ
well honestly I don't know where to start. but let's try here ladies before gentlemen Evelyn champagne (queen) when she did change from sam Cooke version to her's what createtivity. and royals Royce oh my God oh my God oh my God. now for the men I'm going to make it short you had your hands full. I love you all music is definitely the answer.
Wonderful show early then when the spinners came on it was late&they did 1/2 of the show grandstanding bye patting each other on the back & constant introduction! They need too move the show faster as we were getting aggravated đ¤ &eventually left&also noticed quite a few left b4 us! I'm sorry but it was like they were stalling for time(some reason)...there music &dancing was fine what parts we saw...just dragged on only complaint! Just saying
Energy, excitement, nostalgia! A wonderful evening. Opening act was amazing!
We really enjoyed the Spinners Concert. They sounded just as good as the originals and know how to entertain.
Outstanding concert. They really brought back some great memories for me.
The Band was Great, the Singers were extremely talented, what a fun fun time!
The band and the stage they performed on were great but folding chairs for seating is why I'll never go to that venue again
My wife, my mother and myself enjoyed the show and had a wonderful time we were celebrating my Momâs 93rd birthday and we were glad we celebrated it with the Spinners,Thanks so much and
High energy, sound like the originals, great choreography, beautiful falsetto and base voices. They love to have fun on stage 2nd time I've seen them, nothing like good R&B đđ
The Spinners still bring it, great sound and harmonization
