  • I was stoked to hear Yellowman, but....

by dDude on 9/6/17Aura - PortlandRating: 1 out of 5

The show started at 9 with the first opening act, An hour later the second opening act went on . I don't know exactly what time Yellowman went on because I left around 11:40 and the Drummer was the only one on stage. Man, if you're going to play a concert - PLAY !! I think 30 minutes per opening act is enough, concert goers aren't there to see them. Keeping people waiting for almost 3 hours (maybe longer,I don't know when he went on) is absurd. I wish I could've heard Yellowman, but, I'll have to settle for opening acts this time.

  • Yellow Man was on FIRE in Boston!

by OneLoveMarley on 8/23/16Brighton Music Hall - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Yellow Man was amazing! He worked that stage for 2 straight hours! He never took a break. He sang and danced and even dropped down and did some push-ups at one point! He had the crowd engaged the whole night! I had a huge smile on my face the entire time he was on stage. I loved when he did a couple songs with his lovely, talented daughter too! Yellow Man puts on an amazing show! Make sure you see him when he comes to Boston!

  • King Yellowman

    by Rasta1369 on 8/22/16Brighton Music Hall - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Yellowman is a legend in reggae. Made my way up front and stayed there the whole show. The man beat cancer so he deserves "thanks and praise" for coming to Boston. Sang all the classics and had his daughter sing with him on several songs. I am glad i went.

  • YELLOWMAN!

by Pazoli on 8/22/16Brighton Music Hall - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

At this point seeing Yellowman is almost more about witnessing the idea of Yellowman. His voice is gone but it doesn't matter because his hard-core fans all know his songs and sing along. He, of course, is his usual energetic self, a real inspiration given his obvious health issues. I like seeing him perform with his daughter too and the song they sing together about a father's love always brings tears to my eyes. Long Live Yellowman!!

Yellowman is still full of energy and enthusiasm. He is a consumate entertainer and knows how to engage the crowd and give them what they want. He performed all of his greatest hits! You cant go wrong with a Yellowman show!

I enjoy seeing Yellowman again. In the past 30 years I have seen him in all stages of his career. How this man still has the energy to keep on moving with all his health issues is simply amazing. Yes his vocals are not what they used to be but still good enough to watch, listen and enjoy. Seeing Yelloman is all about the fun. He is a true entertainer. He still has a great sense of humor and shows his love to the audience. The sound system at the Inlet was not that great and could use a big improvement. I hope to keep seeing Yellowman again

Perfect concert! Very energetic and amazing! Small location but it's nice to be so up close and personal with the entertainment! I can't stop dancing and singing since the concert! Brought friends who never heard of King Yellowman and they loved it too.

  • Yellowman is high energy the entire show!

by JATVET on 3/8/15Cafe Da Vinci - DelandRating: 4 out of 5

I don't even listen to much reggae but Yellowman is a joy to watch. High energy the entire show, just plain good for the soul music. Only drawback is they started really late so be prepared to stay late.
