About

Aerosmith have been one of the most iconic American rock bands for over 50 years. It started with their early ’70s rockstar lifestyle to their late ’80s comeback and sustained mainstream success through the new millennium. Forming in 1970 as a blues-rock group in Boston, Aerosmith released their self-titled debut in 1973. Although the band initially gained traction for their debut single “Dream On,” it wasn’t until their third album, 1975’s Toys in the Attic, that they exploded onto the international scene behind the multi-platinum singles “Sweet Emotion” and “Walk This Way.” The band’s 1987 album Permanent Vacation was positioned as a comeback of sorts, setting the stage for 1989’s Pump, which earned the group their first Grammy award in 1991 for “Janie’s Got a Gun.” In the 1990s, Aerosmith racked up three more Grammys, two chart-topping albums on the Billboard 200 with 1993’s Get a Grip and 1997’s Nine Lives and seven No. 1 singles on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. Although their core lineup of Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton, Joey Kramer and Brad Whitford has remained relatively unchanged throughout their five-decade career, Aerosmith have managed to reinvent themselves for multiple generations. Across 15 studio releases, Aerosmith have sold over 150 million albums worldwide.

  • PURE KISMET!!!

by awildflower on 7/22/24Rating: 5 out of 5

im so excited about the pittsburgh date!!!! i lived in western pa and when i was a teenager I WAS THERE at the outrageously wild over the top concert when aerosmith performed with zz top at the three rivers stadium. it was festival seating and my memories were of people lobbing firecrackers from upper levels. not cool - at all! and a lot of really sick people as in over alcohol consumption. it was gross. but that being said how can i NOT see aerosmith once again????! especially as my travel has me in the pittsburgh vicinity!!! Pure kismet!!! YIPPEE & PEACE OUT!!!

I've seen Aerosmith, and it definitely was amazing. Aerosmith is number 1 on my bucket list and black crowes, next...which I did see finally, both great shows, 2 of my ultimate favorite bands....but a chance to see them together...an absolute lifetime dream...

  • True amazing rockers! Peace Out my homeboys. Boston rocks

    by Boston_Pamela on 5/24/24Rating: 5 out of 5

I’m 53 and since I was 15 years old fell in love with this band. Saw them 17 times would love to make the last show my 18th. They’ve never disappointed. I ran away from home as a teen to see them 3 nights in a row and all those shows at the Boston Garden was Phenomenal. I just can’t afford these tickets. They’re outrageous. They deserve it. I definitely give them that. My disabled and visually impaired daughter was dying to go but I’m a single mom and just can’t do it. If you have it I highly recommend seeing them.

Aerosmith, your iconic rock anthems have been the soundtrack to so many moments in my life. Seeing you perform in Oregon would be a dream come true. Your energy on stage is legendary and I would give anything to be a part of that atmosphere.

  • Monkey Off My Back

by Tylernol on 3/21/24Rating: 1 out of 5

A PSA for all those who just want their money back..Ticketmaster will actually refund if you request it. On a lark, last week I went on the TM virtual chat and asked for my cash back for the Boston show. An agent got back to me (all via the chat) and approved my request. It was back on my credit card account in 2 days. I’ll at least give them credit for that, although I believe this should be made clear to everyone who has been affected by this.

  • Postponed

by Goatwoman on 3/4/24Rating: 1 out of 5

They postponed their Nov. concert and never made good. Pissed

  • Monkey On My Back

by Tylernol on 3/1/24Rating: 1 out of 5

Catch-22 for the fans; they know that even if (very big IF here) they reschedule the postponed shows, a bazillion people are gonna take the refund and head for the hills. I know I am! Screw them for the way they’ve handled this the last six or so months.

  • Aerosmith Rocks ..man!

by Daba Tots Daddy on 2/11/24Rating: 5 out of 5

  • Is it gonna happen?

by Erocks on 1/26/24Rating: 5 out of 5

Have seen Aerosmith many times, and so looking forward to seeing them one last time. What is the latest news? Will the Peace Out Tour happen? 🙏 Prayers to Steven for complete recovery, and the entire band for health and happiness.
