JERRY SEINFELD ON TOUR:

Whether he's delivering hilarious one-liners from his iconic television series or sharing jokes with fans on stage, Jerry Seinfeld has had audiences cracking up for over 25 years with his legendary sense of humor. An internationally recognized household name for his eponymous '90s sitcom, dubbed by TV Guide as "the greatest television program of all time," Seinfeld is also a brilliant stand-up act, never failing to deliver outrageously comical performances. As one of comedy central's "100 Greatest Standups of All Time," there's little doubt he'll have audiences in stitches with his witty, relatable humor on tour in 2014.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Jerry Seinfeld got his start in 1976 at a local open mic night in New York City, but it wasn't until several early-'80s appearances on the Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson that he reached mainstream recognition. As creator and co-writer of Emmy Award-winning sitcom Seinfeld, he appeared in every episode of the show's nine-season span. Since his days on the show, Seinfeld has launched his own web series titled Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, and put his comedy in writing with the 1993 book Seinlanguage. With more than two decade of stand-up gigs under his belt, Jerry Seinfeld will have fans falling out of their seats in hysterics on his 2014 comedy tour.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

  • TERRIBLE SOUND SYSTEM!!!!!

by GS on 6/13/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 1 out of 5

We've been going to Woods Pavilion for 15 years to hear bands but never a stand-up act. The sound system in the last events was weak but Woods Pavilion RUINED Jerry Seinfeld for most everyone. We COULD NOT HEAR HIM!!!!! I noticed people in front and behind us weren't laughing at all either. The only laughs came from directly in front of Jerry Seinfeld. I bought good seats in the front right side. We even stayed at the Marriott Hotel because of the long drive and special occasion. I've seen AND HEARD Jerry Seinfeld a couple of other times in Houston. I know how good his shows were when we HEARD him. Even at the end of the show Jerry started asking "why no laughs? "I doubt he ever comes back to Woods Pavilion. I know we're not. Pavilion rakes in millions. GET A NEW SOUND SYSTEM !!!

We were disappointed that he said the exact same jokes and stories that he said when he was here last year. We love him but the performance was a let down as a repeat.

Regardless of the sweltering heat Jerry was great. So worth it. He kept reminding us to hydrate. Loved every minute. Laughed so much my face hurt

Nobody does standup as well as Jerry. His wit and timing come naturally as he is so very talented. But what really makes his show a joy to experience is that he so obviously loves doing it.

  • Jerry interaction with audience was fun

Jerry’s show was very good. Good interaction with the audience. The opener was a bit of a relic. Too many overlapping ticket apps now - Ticketmaster and LiveNation, plus Apple Wallet option.

Great show. We saw him years ago at the Radisson and he's still as funny as ever. No politics or protest, just good old fashion comedy! Very funny and refreshing!
