Th Palace was such a nice venue! Our first time seeing John Stewart LIVE and he did not disappoint. Thank you for the laughs!
Jon Stewart gave a solid performance and we enjoyed the show. Unfortunately for me, I came with the expectation that so close to election day, there would be a lot of political banter. But there was not. I think his insight on politics is his best. That topic brings out his passion, which I enjoy.
Palace theater is a great venue, awesome opening act followed by a pro , what more to ask for?
Excellent show, as expected. Jon Stewart is amazingly down to earth and genuinely funny with some politics, some thoughts on aging, and some random things thrown in the mix. We loved every minute!
Ridiculous lines to get in because Ticketmaster requires cell phones to be brought in and used for tickets, then the artist requires cell phones to be locked up and tickets rewritten by hand before you can be seated. Once we were there, the crowd was excellent and the show was as good as I hoped it would be. There’s not bad seat at the Palace Theater.
I've always liked Jon Stewart and his show did not disappoint. He hit on different topics and all were funny.
This show was hilarious! Jon has such a funny outlook on every day life. I love his honest approach to politics. He exceeded my expectations- would definitely see again!
I grew up watching Jon, he molded my views and showed how to talk to an opposing side with kindness and humor. So being able to see him in person was a bucket list item checked off. The show was absolutely incredible, so funny and just as I pictured the show would be
This was what I expected but somehow even better. Jon Stewart will forever be hilarious, perfect comedic timing, and knows his audience. I wish he toured more often!
This was our second time seeing Jon Stewart and it was the funniest show we've ever seen. Run, don't walk, to see him. You won't be sorry. We're still laughing!
Saw John Stewart at the Mohegun Sun Arena. He was amazing - smart and funny, able to laugh at himself as well as others. While he certainly has a lot of political observations, IMO they are actually pretty middle of the road and spot on. Only draw back - not sure if it was the show or the venue, but we had to place all electronic devices in a locked sleeve, including watches (which I'm not sure how you can do anything nefarious with?). I get not wanting photos/videos - I actually find that annoying too, but the process REALLY slowed down the entry process and backlogged exiting a bit as well.
So happy that Jon Stewart is back and he’s as good as ever. Self deprecating and humble despite his enormous influence and intelligence. Surprisingly, he was not as political as I expected (for those that may not like his politics), his show was more about life, his and ours. His delivery is second to none and he makes everything funny. That’s his super power. Fun night.
Gaining entrance to the arena was unbelievably chaotic and not well thought out. However, the show was wonderful! I think Jon Stewart is brilliant, someone you can relate to, sometimes raunchy and always funny! I will definitely go back to see him again.
My face still hurts from laughing and smiling😎😎🤗🤗🤗
Great show! So many laughs from start to finish! So glad he came out of retirement.
Funny and entertaining. Such a wonderful human. He hits the ball out of the park on ageing cultural differences and the politely landscape.
Jon Stewart and his warm-up were fantastic! Very funny and engaging. We were very happy to have the opportunity to see his brilliance. Trevor Noah preceded Mr. Stewart a few weeks ago at the Mohegan Sun and he was also very captivating. I can see why Jon Stewart selected him to be his replacement when he originally left The Daily Show.
John Stewart is always awesome. Venue was easy in, easy out, and every seat with a good view!
This was a great show and really liked seeing a show at Mohegan—it was my first time. Jon was great, as usual. This was a show which had a no phone policy, which was fine but the process could be managed better as it created a bottleneck situation when trying to get into the event.
Although the show started about a half hour late (due to everyone's phones having to be put in Yondr pouches), the show was well worth the wait. The opener was funny, mostly political humor, and fairly brief. John Stewart's material was mostly NOT political, ranging on topics from Judaism, Family, Pets, and elsewhere, and was very relatable. My husband and I both agreed that it was the best comedy show we've attended.
