  • Good time

by Davey on 8/21/23Rating: 5 out of 5

Great band ! Just as good as they were in the 80s !! San Antonio's Empire Theater is an awesome venue.

  • Tubes are fun

by Gin on 8/21/23Rating: 5 out of 5

The Tubes were very good. Wish I could have seen them in the 80’s. But glad I went to see them. The Empire is a great facility and staff was courteous.

  • Great show

    by Kimberlikes12 on 8/9/23Rating: 5 out of 5

Too bad that there were so many up tight people in the audience because they probably will never get it. The concert was great. Not only was the music excellent (as always) but what a fun witted bunch they were. My friend and I both agreed how fun it must be to be able to know them well enough to just hang out with them. They were so much fun. I would love to see them again sometime. Thanks for a great time.

  • Tubes Concert

by Tim on 8/8/23Rating: 5 out of 5

They Rocked! Venue was intimate. No bad seats. Would definitely go see them again.

  • Good show but lighting was a bit distracting

by StillKickin on 8/8/23Rating: 4 out of 5

I will always love the Tubes and their music. The musicianship and voices still sounding good after all these years. My girlfriend and I were sitting pretty close to the stage. There were a number of lights rotating around, shining on different parts of the crowd and in everyone's eyes. Sorry but I thought the lighting was more annoying than adding anything to the experience. I still had a great time though!

  • fun but the acoustics were not great

by dan on 8/8/23Rating: 3 out of 5

good show, i didnt know that the concert was going to be in a large conference room type of venue. i thought it would be in a regular tiered concert hall. the acoustics were not good.

  • Just sad.

AZ show, last time I saw them was in their prime, around 1977. This show was just embarrassing, off key background vocals the whole night, Fee's voice is much weaker and doesn't have the range anymore. The sound was poor-maybe not all their fault but the house band in the Talking Stick lounge sounded far better on my way our. I think they are too far past their prime to still be out touring. I feel ripped off.

  • The Tubes crushed it!
