  • Another great show from Zoso

by hoffspot on 5/13/25Tally Ho Theater - LeesburgRating: 5 out of 5

They grabbed a new guitarist and I was worried about them taking a step back but he shredded. One of the things I really think separates this band is the care they put into the fanbase. Each of the band members sticks around after the show to meet and greet whoever wants to say hello to them. I think it's a really awesome thing to do and the opportunity to thank them individually after a great show is a great way to end the evening.

  • Rock 'n' Roll Magic with Zoso at Charleston Music Hall

by Joe on 5/6/25The Charleston Music Hall - CharlestonRating: 5 out of 5

If you ever wondered what it would be like to witness Led Zeppelin in their prime, Zoso's performance at Charleston Music Hall was the closest you could get. The tribute band delivered an electrifying show that transported the audience back to the golden era of rock 'n' roll. From the moment the band took the stage, the energy was palpable. Matt Jernigan, the lead vocalist's uncanny resemblance to Robert Plant, both in appearance and vocal prowess, was nothing short of mesmerizing. His powerful voice soared through classics like "Stairway to Heaven"and "Whole Lotta Love,"leaving the crowd in awe. The guitarist, Holston Rainero, channeling Jimmy Page, was a master of his craft. His intricate solos and riffs were executed with precision and passion, capturing the essence of Zeppelin's legendary sound. The rhythm section, with Bevan Davies, embodying John Bonham's thunderous beats and Adam Sandling reminiscent of John Paul Jones' groove, provided a solid foundation that kept the audience rocking all night long. The band's stage presence was captivating, with each member exuding charisma and confidence. The lighting and visual effects added to the immersive experience, making it feel like a true rock concert from the 70s. The audience's enthusiasm was infectious, with fans singing along, dancing, and cheering throughout the performance. Zoso's dedication to authenticity was evident in every detail, from their costumes to their instruments. They didn't just play the music; they lived it, creating an unforgettable experience for everyone in attendance. The band's passion for Led Zeppelin's legacy shone through, making the night a celebration of timeless rock 'n' roll. A gentleman seated next to me shared that he had seen Led Zeppelin live in San Diego during their Physical Graffiti tour. He remarked that Zoso was "really good,"a testament to the tribute band's impressive performance. In conclusion, Zoso's show at Charleston Music Hall was a spectacular tribute to Led Zeppelin, filled with nostalgia, energy, and exceptional musicianship. If you're a fan of classic rock, this is a band you don't want to miss. They truly brought the spirit of Led Zeppelin to life, leaving the audience with memories that will last a lifetime.

  • I’m so glad I got to see Zoso!

by Bobby J. on 4/14/25Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts - BloomingtonRating: 5 out of 5

As a lifelong Led Zeppelin fan, I was happy to learn Zoso was coming to my town. I’d never seen them, but took a chance and bought tickets. Wow! They blew me away. Each member of the band is a star—so much talent. But, as a group, they totally transported me back to the 70s. So many great tunes from LZ’s greatest albums. Many times during their performance, I forgot I was watching a tribute band and believed the Zoso artists were Plant, Page, Bonham, and Jones. Truly a Led Zeppelin Experience! I’ll definitely be buying tickets next time they come here.
