About

In less than 12 years, four-piece progressive groove metal wrecking machine JINJER has taken the world by storm, emerging as one of the biggest burgeoning names within heavy metal and a rags-to-renown success story. Hailing from the war-torn province of Donetsk, Ukraine, the musical oddity has excelled against all odds since fleeing in 2014, never ceasing to push forward in an ever-changing musical landscape. Officially marking the start of the band with awe-inspiring vocalist Tatiana Shmayluk joining in 2010, the band launched with cult-embraced albums Inhale, Don't Breathe and Cloud Factory, before skyrocketing to fame and viral acclaim with the game-changing single and video for "Pisces" from 2016's breakout King Of Everything - which maintains its status as one of the most reacted-to metal videos on YouTube to this day. With their anticipated 2019 follow-up Micro and its groundbreaking successor MacroJINJER climbed further - achieving massive benchmarks in international touring, charting, streaming and media recognition, while snatching radio #1's at NACC and SiriusXM's Devil's Dozen in the US. After releasing their first live album Alive In Melbourne a year later (filmed just days before the pandemic hit in March 2020), JINJER triumphed again with their most personal offering yet, 2021's Wallflowers. Boasting 20 international magazine covers, countless sold-out international tour dates and multi-millions of cross-platform streams on first singles "Vortex" and "Mediator" within just weeks, the album landed at #1 on both the US Billboard Top New Artist Album chart and Canada's Hard Music album chart, #2 on the US Hard Music album chart, and within the Top 10 in several additional countries. Wallflowers is a sonic pressure cooker of technical musicianship and emotional fury, and JINJER promises to bring this energy and more to the stage upon their return to North America in 2022.

  • Great metal show

by Parcero entonces on 10/17/24House of Blues Houston - HoustonRating: 5 out of 5

This is a new band with a great performance, all of them are virtuous at their instruments, and the performance live is just perfect. If you are into progressive death metal, you sure have to check them out.

  • Jinjer Rocks!

by voiceofdecember on 10/15/24House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Jinjer at the Las Vegas House of Blues is becoming a ritual of sorts. The last two tours Jinjer has not had a show in my area so I traveled once again to see them in Sin City and as always, they did not disappoint! Jinjer are one of the very best live bands out there and tonight they were on another level! Biggest surprise of the evening was the amazing opener, Hanabie from Japan, looks like I just added another must see band to my concert list!

  • House of Blues Las Vegas is Awesome!

Everyone who works at House of Blues Las Vegas is so welcoming. From the Security, all the way to inside the venue, everyone is accommodating to people who have mobility issues and make sure they get in safely. Christina, Andrew, and Heather are the best security trio in my opinion.

  • Jinjer is the best band on the planet

  • Jinjer at the House of Blues Fri Oct 11

by Jinjer Fan on 10/14/24House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

All the bands were Great! especially headliner Jinjer. What really hurt the experience were those in the mosh pit who were only pushing each other hard into the audience all nite. the House should have stepped in to warn these animals they will be expelled from venue if they didn't knock it off. Other than that, the House of Blues Bartenders were really friendly :)

  • Excellent Jinjer Show

by Angie Kahney on 10/12/24House of Blues Myrtle Beach - North Myrtle BeachRating: 5 out of 5

Everytime we go to a show at HOB MB, the show is exceptional and the Jinjer show was no different. Excellent show! Incredible venue. We drive from Wilmington every time we can to make a show there bc it is the best! I love that it's an all ages venue and you can see and hear well from literally anywhere in the venue. The venue is clean and well ventilated and the sound is amazing. I have to give a special shout out to the staff working the door at this event, and to the girl sitting at the little table just inside the door (I wish I knew their names). My son's girlfriend isn't really used to that kind of metal music and we forgot her ear plugs as we were rushing out the door to make the show last minute to make the drive after a last minute cancellation. The staff was kind enough to even give her a pair of earplugs which was so nice of them! There were a few times where she actually felt nauseous and it was a little overwhelming for her (again, she's not really used to that kind of music live in a smaller venue). The staff were kind enough to stand with her and provide reassurance so that my son was able to see most of the show. There are few places where I would have felt safe and comfortable to have left her at the door. But the staff at HOB was phenomenal and took great care of her and I never questioned her safety for a second. She was able to go out and in with them as she felt comfortable and eventually able to see most of the Jinjer show. She has really high anxiety and they were amazing with her. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and willingness to help. We thanked them a million times, but I really wish I had got their names to give a proper shout out to them bc they really did go above and beyond. Truly the best security and staff at this venue. This is by far my favorite venue that we visit. Hoping to go back tomorrow night to catch "In the End"which we saw last year there and LOVED it!! Highly recommend any show there. Also would love to see Soja back there. Crossing our fingers that this show gets rescheduled.

  • First time live - did not disappoint!

by JKB on 10/11/24Roxian Theatre - Mc Kees RocksRating: 5 out of 5

I discovered Jinjer on YouTube, and was thrilled to see them coming to my city! I'm sure everything's already been said about the band, so I'll comment on the openers, which I thought were especially good, and really added to the experience. That drummer of Sons of Osiris! He should be credited with two instruments: "drums"and "hair":) Of course, hair has been part of metal since at least the 80s, but I've never seen such deliberate, well-coordinated, synchronized-with-the-music hair motion, that went well beyond just the usual "head banging."There were sections with one head twirl per measure, and other sections with a twirl on every downbeat, etc. It really added another dimension to the already difficult hand/foot coordination, and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

  • Jinjer is greatness

My 4th time seeing them, they always bring down the house! Top 3 of my favorite bands i go to see. Having Hanabie along for the ride was an added bonus!
