  • Concert was amazing but venue needs attention

    by Donna M on 4/11/25The Ritz - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5

Loved the Alexandra Kay concert it was awesome this is my first time going to the ritz I got there early as I didn’t know if they had Ada seating available as with me on a walker I would need it the lady in box office and security staff was amazing but the Ada seating was just a rope off section and people was cutting through all night to go bar or whatever also had a issue where a guy got lil to drunk early in the concert and fell into me twice the second time completely in my lap. My right leg has severe nerve damage and him falling into my lap tweeted my leg and knee causing me great amount of pain from it I feel they should have maybe a couple of the gates they use outside to make it where people couldn’t cross thru or they couldn’t fall on to a person that in the ada seating

Alexandra Kay puts on such a fun and interactive show! I loved the lighting and song choices. I could tell she really cared about interacting with her fans too. I would definitely come to see her in concert again.

  • Amazing staff, absolutely amazing show!

by Tana on 4/9/25The Ritz - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5

From the start, we had an excellent experience. Getting tickets was super easy. I do wish it was made clearer that if you have ADA accommodation seating you do not need to spend money on the fast pass, as they go VIP/ADA/Fast Pass/GA. I spent $40+ extra that I ended up not needing to spend bc of that and bc it was the bundle ticket price, there wasn’t anything to be done about it. However, Tim, the GM, was absolutely the sweetest human ever. He was so patient, and answered all of my questions and personally made sure we had the accommodations we needed. The venue, while small, was large enough and not over crowded despite all the people. The ADA section was SUPER close to the stage and Alexandra Kay was able to hear my “I love you AK!” And respond with “I love you too!” And do hand hearts. She put on one HELL of a show and 10/10 would go see her here again. It was difficult to get anything to her to sign bc of where the ADA section is (off the left corner of the stage where there is no stairs) but you couldn’t beat the view! They had snacks and drinks available to purchase, but also had multiple large water coolers set up with little water cups free of charge and even had staff assigned to ask the ADA section who needed water and bring it to them mid show! I had the time of my life, including getting engaged, and would absolutely see other shows there! Just now I know if it’s a show where I need ADA, that I don’t have to spend the extra for fast pass. 9/10 do recommend

by Angela on 4/8/25House of Blues Myrtle Beach - North Myrtle BeachRating: 3 out of 5

First time seeing Alexandra Kay…she’s really talented…but wow, the bass was wayyyyy tooooo dominant!!! It was really hard to hear her beautiful voice. Not sure if she has a sound person, but if not, she needs to hire one ASAP!

  • AMAZING NIGHT

by Layla Sanders on 4/6/25Rating: 5 out of 5

I’ve been going to your concerts for years now. I went to one last night in Myrtle Beach house of blues. It was an amazing experience. You spread so much positivity and you depend on your music so much even when you’re lying if you’re a hard time in your life, you just write about the hard time in a music version and I find it so cool that you have a way of expressing your feelings and I love that for you because I always want you to be happy. Your concerts are totally sick. I can’t wait to see what’s more to come you’re so talented. You deserve everything you have. You even deserve more and I find that so cool for you because you’re such a special person you go through hard times, but you have all of these people here for you and cheer you up. Can’t wait to see what happens next in your life.

I got to experience this for my partner as I got the tickets for her. I’ve heard songs, but didn’t really know of her. The show started off great with her choice of opening act and continued to get even better as the show went on. Highly recommend seeing her live. As someone that who went for my partner, I really enjoyed it also.
