There's a point on Doechii's acclaimed 2024 mixtape, Alligator Bites Never Heal, when she yells to the heavens, "I'm everythiiiiing!" Her cry hits as a refutation to those who contort themselves trying to cram her into one genre or identity. As it turns out, the self-anointed Swamp Princess is defining herself just fine. The Tampa-born, L.A.-based rapper/singer is one of the most dynamic of her generation -- as compelling delivering blunt bars over literal boom bap, as she is cooing affirmations over astral jazz, as she is barking orders over blistering house, as she is seducing over a radio-conquering R&B jam. In many ways -- commercially, critically, personally -- Bites is the culmination of the Top Dawg Entertainment/Capitol Records innovator's wild rise. In 2023 alone: Doechii scored her first RIAA Platinum® plaque and Billboard Hot 100 hit with the "No Scrubs"-sampling viral R&Bop "What It Is (Block Boy)." She turned heads again with Eurodance/rap hybrid "Alter Ego," featuring JT. Next, she played Coachella's main stage, popped in to perform on Beyoncé's Renaissance World Tour, and hit the road with Doja Cat. Before the year was out, she was named a RISING STAR among Women in Music by Billboard (joining the likes of Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, and Ariana Grande), and even showed off her acting chops in A24 film Earth Mama. Ultimately, though, what's most impressive about Doechii isn't simply that she excels at literally every form she explores. It's that she is at home in her artistry, wherever it takes her.

    Other than VIP starting late and poor lighting for the photos, it was a fantastic time. The energy of the crowd was on point, Doechii really enjoyed herself and it came through in her stellar performance

    when i saw her for dojas opening night on halloween i was already a giant fan and was so glad it was her instead of ice spice and she delivered. ive been so lots of concerts and this is my favorite/ best one because not only did doja cat eat down but doechii gave her all. 100000/10 she is one of the best performers ever and stream alligator bites never heal

    Just saw Doechii at The Scarlet Tour in Atlanta. She's a born performer....she is meant to do all the things she wants to do. She's art and she's beautiful. I can't wait to see her headline. She's got a forever fan in me.

    I went to go see DOECHII at the Ball Arena in Denver CO and she was amazing her outfits were amazing her set was so cool amazing production she sounded insanely good she 100% knows how to put on a show and how to wow the crowd she did Amazing love her music she did great Vocally and Production wise bringing her set Together She did Absolutely Amazing so glad I got her for my show Love you DOECHII!! SWAMP 4lfee👺🦎

    Got to see her and Doja Cat in Denver and its The best show I have attended. I could barley speak during the meet and greet but her performance was absolutely phenominal. Cant wait to see her again!!!!

    I swear she looked at me in my seats across the arena from her. I could feel her enlightening and empowering gaze right into my soul. Most amazing performance I have ever seen and so hype! Love you Doechii!!!
